At an early age, Evi was the lead singer of several pop, jazz and rock bands. She was also a member of Fine Fleur, the choir of the Night of the Proms.

 

Evi started to work with pianist, gitarist and composer Pierre Anckaert some years ago. Together with Pierre, she recorded her first album 'Keep the home fires burning', featuring Emile Verstraeten (violin) as a guest musician. The album is a tribute to the commemoration of World War One. Together with Pierre, she started a new project called 'A song a week'.

 

Evi performs at a variety of occasions, from intimistic living room concerts to festivals or cultural centers.  She also performs for special occasions, such as wedding ceremonies.
